Baking and Pastry Arts Management

Humber’s Baking and Pastry Arts Management two-year diploma program will prepare you for a dynamic career in the hospitality industry. Using our state-of-the-art labs, you will learn how to create impressive and delicious baked goods and confections such as: artisanal breads and breakfast pastries, blown, pulled and cast sugar pieces, chocolate sculptures, decorative cakes, ice creams, gelatos and, sorbets, large quantity production, petit fours, plated desserts, and tarts and pastries.
