Policing & Community Well-Being
As a student of philosophy at Trent, you will be challenged to think critically and creatively by exploring questions about the nature of reality, the meaning of human existence, ethics, and the limits of knowledge. In small class settings, you’ll workshop ideas, perspectives, prejudices, beliefs, facts, and other ways of forming opinions and arguments. This interactive academic environment alongside experiential learning opportunities, such as co-op, will push you to apply your knowledge and develop advanced, highly valued skills in critical thinking, writing, and communication. When you graduate, you will join an extensive and successful network of Trent Philosophy alumni, including international bestselling author Yann Martel.
